Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SceneBranch — the website, web app, developer API, webhooks, embeds and related services (together, the “Service”) — provided by Vivek Sharma, trading as SceneBranch (“SceneBranch”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms, and “you” means that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

SceneBranch turns context about your software — your website, app and repository — and a named feature into a product video, and keeps those videos current as your product changes. You can use it in the web app or through the developer API. We keep improving the Service, so features may change; we won’t remove a core paid capability during a period you’ve paid for.

• Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. You’re responsible for activity under your account and your workspace’s keys.
• Workspace owners and admins control who has access and what they can do. Removing a member removes their access to that workspace.
• Tell us right away at support@scenebranch.com if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.

• You own your content — what you upload or connect (websites, repositories, brand assets, prompts) — and the videos, versions, captions and other output SceneBranch generates for you.
• You give us a limited license to host, process, capture, transform and display your content only as needed to provide and support the Service for you (for example, to crawl a page you point us to, or to render and store your videos).
• We don’t use your content to train our own models, and we use AI providers through their business APIs under terms that don’t allow them to train on the data we send.
• You confirm you have the rights to the content you bring, including permission to capture the websites and apps you point SceneBranch at, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

Videos, scripts, voices and captions are produced with AI and may contain mistakes. The Service lets you review, approve, revise and reject output before it’s published — please do. You are responsible for checking accuracy and for how you use and publish what SceneBranch makes.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, or to make content that infringes others’ rights or misrepresents a product you don’t represent;
• capture, crawl or depict websites, apps or accounts you aren’t authorized to access;
• probe, overload or interfere with the Service, bypass its limits or security, or access other workspaces’ data;
• resell or provide API access to third parties as a stand-alone service without our written agreement;
• share API keys publicly or embed secret keys in client-side code.

We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or an active investigation prevents it.

• Plans include monthly credits; credits pay for rendering, AI models, voices and product capture at the rates on our pricing page. Every generation shows its estimate before it starts, reserves it, and is charged only for what it actually used. Unused included credits expire at the end of each billing period; purchased credit packs last 12 months.
• We never charge for a generation that fails on our side. If you cancel or reject a generation, you pay only for the work that had already run.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, charges the applicable taxes, issues invoices and handles refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects you.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

• API use is subject to your plan’s rate limits and to these Terms. Test keys produce watermarked test renders and never spend credits.
• Webhook endpoints you register receive signed event notifications; you’re responsible for the systems behind them. Idempotency keys are honored for 24 hours.
• We may change or retire API versions with reasonable notice; breaking changes to a published version come with notice first.

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where a written agreement (such as an Enterprise plan) says otherwise. Support is available by email and phone.

• You can stop using SceneBranch and delete your workspace at any time. Download anything you want to keep first.
• We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms and don’t fix it after notice, or immediately where the law requires or the breach causes serious harm.
• After an account ends we delete its content as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these Terms. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

If a third party makes a claim against us because of content you provided or published, or your breach of these Terms, you’ll cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction — without taking away any mandatory consumer protection you’re entitled to where you live. Before any formal dispute, please contact us; most things are sorted out quickly.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we’ll notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
